Reservation system for tourist buses

To increase traffic flow and provide a better experience for visitors arriving in Ljubljana by tourist bus, an online system was established for reserving arrival and departure time slots for tourist buses at several designated pick-up and drop-off points in Ljubljana.

The reservation system for tourist buses is available via a web application on desktop and mobile devices. It enables users to view available time slots at selected pick-up and drop-off points and to reserve an available slot for the chosen location. Upon reservation, the user receives an e-permit for short-term parking of the tourist bus at the selected time and location where passengers will disembark from or board the bus.

Reservation details can also be modified later (e.g., a changed arrival time or a different license plate due to a replacement bus) or the reservation can be cancelled.
