Acquisition of the right to build on Hruševska cesta

The project included the implementation of procedures related to acquiring the right to build on Hruševska cesta, where the City Municipality of Ljubljana, based on the PZI (Detailed Design) project documentation “Road arrangement during the construction of public sewerage in the area of agglomerations in MOL – 4 Hruševska cesta”, carried out the road reconstruction.

The subject of the purchase comprised approximately 40 land parcels. The land parts required for purchase had been previously surveyed. Sale and purchase agreements were concluded with the owners, and discussions were held with the landowners for this purpose. The signing of the agreement was followed by procedures before the administrative unit and the Financial Administration; documents were prepared to carry out the procedure for the deletion of encumbrances on the property; notarisation of the agreements and the submission of applications for the registration of ownership rights and easements in the Land Register were organised.
