Acquisition of Building Rights for the Road to Črna Vas

The project involved the implementation of procedures related to the acquisition of building rights for the road to Črna Vas, specifically from the intersection with Ižanska Road to house number 350 or the bridge over the Iška stream, covering a total length of approximately 3.6 km.

The procedures were divided into two main components: the conclusion of sales contracts in lieu of expropriation for public benefit for the construction, maintenance, supervision, and operation of the public road network, and the conclusion of easement agreements for public benefit for the construction, maintenance, supervision, and operation of the public road and sewage networks. To facilitate the signing of these contracts, a geodetic procedure for boundary adjustment and land subdivision was successfully carried out for more than 300 land parcels. The successful implementation of the project required numerous discussions with landowners, the preparation of a large number of sales and easement agreements, the organization of contract signings, the execution of all necessary procedures before the Administrative Unit and the Financial Administration, the preparation of documents for the removal of encumbrances on the properties, the organization of notarization, and the filing of proposals for the registration of ownership rights and easements in the Land Registry.
