Construction progress of the buildings in Vodmat

Construction of the Vodmat residential neighbourhood in Ljubljana is in full swing, and the works are progressing as smoothly as possible.

On the first building, the partition walls have been completed; tiling is underway in the sanitary areas, while the façade envelope and the final installations of electrical and mechanical systems are being carried out at the same time. On the second building, we have completed the structural works, and work is currently underway on the partition walls, piping installations, and the installation of cable trays and connections. Rough mechanical distribution lines are also being prepared, which are key to the next stages of implementation.

The third building is at the initial stage of construction, and concreting of the slab above the basement is currently underway. We are pleased that the project is progressing in line with the schedule.
