Awards presented for architectural projects

The month of May heralds the end of spring and the conclusion of decisions on which of the exceptional architectural works will receive the Plečnik Award. This time, the 2025 Slovenian architectural awards were presented on May 19 and 20 in the garden of the Plečnik House, with the jurors selecting from 42 submitted projects.

LUZ colleague and landscape architect Urška Kranjc also contributed her expertise to the decisions, co-creating this year’s selection as a member of the five-member expert jury. Five Plečnik Medals and one Plečnik Fund scholarship were awarded.
