Coexistence of the Old and the New

At the start of the new year, we proudly look back on the past—on obstacles overcome, goals achieved, and successful projects—and we enthusiastically plan new achievements and the completion of upcoming projects.

In a similar way, we also look back and ahead in the LUZ Archive, which has been revitalised since 2021 with historical materials and new outputs by LUZ’s planners. The LUZ Archive inherited what was once a large and well-stocked library that collected and archived projects and documents and published internal publications.

Although the archive no longer participates in publishing today, it ensures the preservation of materials created at LUZ, including the LUZ60 monograph, published on the company’s 60th anniversary.

We continue the work, vision, and mission of the library, which began as early as the 1960s, in order to provide users with as much material and information as possible to support design work.
