Notice of change in the management system of LUZ, d.d.

By resolution of the General Meeting of LUZ, d.d. dated March 30, 2023, the company transitioned from a two-tier to a one-tier management system with a Board of Directors (BoD), consisting of:

• Tadej Pfajfar – Chairman of the BoD, legal representative

• Marjan Lenarčič – Deputy Chairman of the BoD, legal representative

• Jure Zavrtanik – Member of the BoD, legal representative

• Matej Hašaj – Member of the BoD, legal representative

• Simona Čeh – Member of the BoD

• Martin Starc – Member of the BoD

At its 1st constitutive session on April 4, 2023, the BoD appointed the executive directors, namely:

• Jure Zavrtanik – Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director for Architecture;

• Matej Hašaj – Executive Director for Commercial Affairs;

• Simona Čeh – Executive Director for Geodesy, Geomatics, and Support Services;

• Sergej Hiti – Executive Director for Spatial Planning;

• Janja Solomun – Executive Director for Urban Planning;

• Klemen Milovanović – Executive Director for Transport and Infrastructure.

The change in the management system does not result in any changes to the company’s operations; all existing rights and obligations under concluded contracts remain the same.
